Why do I need to put much radiator coolant in my Ford Probe ?
I have a Ford Probe 1994. The engine was overheating and I discovered that I had to put 1.3 gallon of radiator coolant. Now, it's normal. But is there something wrong ? I don't know why so much radiator coolant was missing. Why do I need to put much radiator coolant in my Ford Probe ?Any number of things can cause coolant leakage. Watch for evidence of further coolant loss on the surface under which you park. Coolant loss could be from something as easy to remedy as a bad hose to something far more serious. The most important thing to bear in mind here is that ignoring this problem could unnecessarily lead to other ones. I would get it checked out sooner rather than later. Why do I need to put much radiator coolant in my Ford Probe ?
You could have a small crack in your radiator...have it checked out.Why do I need to put much radiator coolant in my Ford Probe ?You must have a leak and managed to loose all your coolant. You best find the leak and repair it before you do some serious damage to the engine. Why do I need to put much radiator coolant in my Ford Probe ?
Maybe there is a small crack somewhere in your engine. Keep monitoring the coolant level and see if it is still going down then you can be sure there is an internal leak. The cylinder head and head gasket is usually where coolant can leak into the cylinders and be pumped out with the exhaust so you can't tell it is leaking because there is no puddle on the ground or your oil doesn't look milky. Have your engine's compression tested in all the cylinders, that can help find if there is a problem. Why do I need to put much radiator coolant in my Ford Probe ?You may have a leak somewhere in the radiator, or could be the petcock valve not sealing off well, maybe you have to bog of a thermostat which causes it to run hot. good luck solving the problem.

How do I change the clutch slave cylinder in a 2000 Ford Focus?
I need to change the slave cylinder on a 2000 Ford Focus and normally these things are accessible from the engine bay or beneath the car but in this case it appears to be inside the bell housing. Is there a way to change this without pulling the transmission out? Any help here would save me a lot of time.
Thanks,
-- HenryHow do I change the clutch slave cylinder in a 2000 Ford Focus?Concentric mounted slave cylinders are the rage nowadays. I've had to pull the 6-speed out of my Z-28 twice now for slave cylinder issues.

It's not wireless.
It feeds your audio signal from a headphone jack ( or RCA cables) by FM modulation, directly into the antenna input on your radio bypassing the antenna when on, allowing the radio to work as normal when off. It comes with an On/Off switch that can used or it can be replaced with a relay powered by the remote wire from the radio (if so equiped).
This is the answer. Totally versatile.

Can I rebuild a 1950's ford Flathead engine than sell it for good profit?
I know of some guys who will sell their 1950's ford flathead engines. They are still in the ford customes but i can get them out. The cars have been siting their for a while but of corse they are in good conditon. Anyways i was wondering if it would be a good idea to buy them for cheap then rebuild them. I then would sell them on the internet. I lose some cash then I get more back by selling. Can I rebuild a 1950's ford Flathead engine than sell it for good profit?your not going to sell to many of those because most people now are gong to custom engines and the flat heads will only be useful to someone rebuilding an original car or truck,i wouldn't want one i would go with an updated engine, and the cost to actually do one of these right would be as much as you could get for it,and are you going to warranty it ,in case it blows up,people want warranty's now days, could you afford to do that if one blew up or didn't run right, there's too much risk involved with what your wanting to do ,good idea though ,but bad timing, there's already 20 places that do this now, good luckCan I rebuild a 1950's ford Flathead engine than sell it for good profit?I don't know much about the Flathead market per se, but usually when you do work on an engine, if you sell the engine you just throw all your money away. This is because no buyer will be able to see the quality of your work, because it's on the inside.
There are people who can do this and make money, but only after they have a big reputation built up. Even then, they basically never do it. Professional engine builders work on 100% other-people's-money basis. Can I rebuild a 1950's ford Flathead engine than sell it for good profit?Your market would be pretty narrow. The buyers would be the
"old school" rod builders and those looking to restore the early Fords with the authentic running gear. What you propose may be more suited for a part time way to make a few extra bucks. You could do some research by contacting some of the car clubs that utilize this type of engine.
