Can I put a different size tires on my Ford Explorer without hurting mileage?

I have a 2000 Ford Explorer XLT with 23575R15 tires. What other sizes can I put on it without affecting the mileage or maybe improving gas mileage? I'm looking at snow studs as well as all weather tires.
