I just recently bought a used car. 2005 Ford Taurus with 65,000 Miles. Should I consider using synthetic oil to make sure my car lasts long?Is it to late to put synthetic oil in a 2005 Ford Taurus?It's never too late. The main benefit to synthetic however, is extended oil change intervals.
