How do I replace master control switch on 1997 Ford Explorer?

I have a direct short somwhere on my '97 Ford Explorer. It keeps blowing the fuse that controls my dome light, map lights, visor lamps, etc. My real problem is that my power windows won't roll down. All four are stuck in the up position. I'm thinking it might be the master control switch that is causing the whole problem. Maybe, I'm wrong. I need to know how to replace the master control switch ( if that's even the problem). How do I replace master control switch on 1997 Ford Explorer?bypass the master power window switch and see if the windows work-but make sure there is power to the master first-rest of your problems you will just have to start tracing wires til you find the problem=get a wiring diagram and go from there=a good source that i have had and i think it cost me 10 bucks is on the net and i think it is called automotive hobbiest
