U Haul will not rent a trailer if I use a Ford Explorer.What companies will rent trailers to Ford Explorers?

I just discovered it is U Haul's policy not to rent trailers if you are attaching them to a Ford Explorer. I have looked for an alternative trailer rental company and cannot find one. I am needing a one-way trailer rental from St. Louis to Nashville.
