My 1996 Ford Econoline Conversion Van has a faded fiberglass Hightop, no clearcoat missing it just looks real milky, how and what should i use to remove the oxidation and get it to look new again.

Look for items for fiberglass and gelcoat. An autobody supply store (not pepboys, autozone) will carry these products.
