Can U recommend an on-line source for free computer games that is relatively free of sneaky adware and malware?

I am familiar with Pop Cap games, Yahoo! Games, Game Tap, and HP Games. So many are similar in terms of their game offerings so I'm looking for something a bit different. I realize that in order for them to be free, some advertising may be required but I'm not interested in any adware or malware getting slipped into my computer system and of course, no Trojans either.



I am particularly interested in 3D games with rich graphics. I also participate in peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing through Limewire, so if you have any recommendations on games to search for there, that would be helpful as well. Only sources to legitimate copies are allowed to be posted here, but an Internet search may provide answers that might relate to other games.



A good place to go is C-NET's site, which I listed below. They have a lot of free and demo software, and quite a few game offerings. The site pre-screens all downloads to eliminate spyware and advertising.



I recommend that you set-up an email account, a free site will do, that you will use when registering anything that might lead to junk mail. That can help keep your Inbox clean.
