I was playing a game of flag football and while i was running i heard a very loud pop in my knee. There was moderate pain at the time but i thought it was just me getting sore. Now there's a sharp pain on my right side of my left knee cap. Its most painful walking up or down stairs or bending my knee back any help? Should i call my doctor?Athletic Knee Injury?
You may have an ACL tear. You should see your doctor.
