Our company has a 1994 Ford Flatbed with a 4 speed and has a D sign thing on the shifter.. How could I start the truck without running over the building?1994 Ford Flatbed 4 speed manual with a D all the way to the right? What's it mean?If it's a manual it's 1-2-3-4-Overdrive and if its an automatic it's P R N D 2 1 with an Overdrive Off switch on the column shifter.
Manual : Stab the clutch to the floor, start the truck, put it in 1st, start it, let the clutch out
Automatic: Start the truck, push the brake, put it into Drive, and go.
