I've had knee problems for 8 years. Started after I was kicked in a soccer game. The gurl did it twice and kicked my knee cap up....since then my knee pops out of place when I bend or put too much pressure on it.....I've learned how to pop it back into place but have always wondered if popping it into place could either break my knee or damage it..??????
