How to get rid of Popcap loader/Trojan?

My computer keeps making these weird beeping noises, but it's not normal beeping noises that a computer makes. It's coming from the speakers. Also, I will hear the things like "You can receive a free Apple iPhone" and other talking ads, but there are no such ads on internet pages I'm visiting at the moment, and it will say these things when the internet is not even open. Pop up ads will also randomly appear when all programs on the computer are closed. Also, my internet will sometimes randomly close. I believe that it came from a game I tried to play on MySpace and it downloaded what was supposedly "Active X Control", but turned out to be "Pop-cap loader", and had a Trojan in it. It tells me the location of the file, but when I go on Windows Explorer to delete the file, the folder's not there. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
